Contact Us Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 25 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use Bye Airport to search for, arrange, book or pay for airport transfers and other passenger transport services.
Please read these Terms carefully before making a booking. By completing a booking through Bye Airport, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Bye Airport
Bye Airport is operated by BYE INT LTD, company number 16191838, United Kingdom.
In these Terms, "Bye Airport", "we", "us" and "our" mean BYE INT LTD.
Bye Airport operates an international booking platform through which customers can arrange airport transfers and other passenger transport services.
Passenger transport services arranged through the platform are fulfilled by independent transport businesses ("Transport Suppliers").
2. Our Role
Bye Airport provides booking, platform and intermediary services in connection with passenger transport.
Our services may include:
-
Providing the booking platform and displaying prices and availability.
-
Arranging transport with Transport Suppliers.
-
Collecting payment and processing booking information.
-
Transmitting journey information and providing booking confirmations.
-
Providing driver and vehicle details where available.
-
Facilitating booking amendments, cancellations and refunds.
-
Providing customer support and operating the Bye Points loyalty programme.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, BYE INT LTD does not itself drive the vehicle used for your journey and does not employ the driver assigned to your transfer.
Transport Suppliers are independent businesses responsible for their own operations and for the drivers and vehicles used by them.
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, worker, partnership or joint-venture relationship between BYE INT LTD and a Transport Supplier or driver.
3. Transport Suppliers
Bye Airport works with independent transport businesses in multiple countries and jurisdictions to fulfil journeys arranged through the platform.
Transport Suppliers are responsible for ensuring that they, their drivers and their vehicles hold any licences, registrations, insurance, permits and other authorisations required by applicable law.
Transport Suppliers are responsible for their drivers, vehicles and operational performance in connection with journeys allocated to them.
Bye Airport may provide passengers with information concerning the driver and vehicle assigned to their journey.
Information concerning a Transport Supplier may also be provided where required by applicable law, regulation, licensing requirements, a competent authority, court order or other legally binding requirement.
4. Driver and Vehicle Details
Where available, driver and vehicle details will be provided before your scheduled pickup. These may include the driver's name and telephone number, driver photograph, vehicle make and model, vehicle registration number and other relevant identification information.
A particular vehicle make, model, colour or registration number is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed.
The assigned driver or vehicle may change before or during the booking where reasonably necessary. A replacement vehicle should be reasonably suitable for the booked passenger and luggage requirements.
Where available, Bye Airport may provide an AI-generated driver introduction video to help introduce the driver assigned to your journey and provide relevant booking or pickup information.
AI-generated driver introduction videos may use information, images, audio, avatars, synthetic speech or other content generated or processed using artificial intelligence technology. The video may therefore not be an actual recording of the driver speaking or performing the content shown.
AI-generated driver videos are provided for passenger information and convenience only. Your booking confirmation and the driver and vehicle details separately provided by Bye Airport should be relied upon for the official details of your journey.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or technical errors. If information shown or communicated in an AI-generated video conflicts with your booking confirmation or other official booking information provided by Bye Airport, the official booking information will take precedence.
5. Making a Booking
You must provide complete and accurate information when making a booking.
-
Pickup location, destination and any waypoints.
-
Pickup date and time and, where applicable, flight number.
-
Passenger name and telephone number.
-
Passenger numbers, luggage and vehicle requirements.
-
Accessibility requirements and additional services.
You are responsible for checking all booking information before completing payment.
A booking becomes confirmed when Bye Airport issues a booking confirmation. You should check your confirmation promptly and notify us if you identify an error.
6. Prices
The total booking price will be displayed before payment.
Prices may take account of journey distance, estimated journey duration, vehicle category, pickup and destination, airport charges, road or congestion charges, Meet & Greet, additional services, availability, local operating costs, currency conversion and other relevant charges.
The checkout price is the amount payable for the confirmed booking unless you subsequently change the booking or an additional charge becomes payable under these Terms.
Normal traffic conditions or the journey taking longer than estimated will not ordinarily change the confirmed journey price.
7. Payment
Payment may be collected by BYE INT LTD through the Bye Airport platform.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Your payment statement may identify BYE INT LTD, Bye Airport, our payment processor or another appropriate payment descriptor.
Where advance payment is required, successful payment authorisation may be required before the booking is confirmed.
A booking may be refused, suspended or cancelled where payment is declined, reversed, fraudulent or otherwise not successfully received.
8. Receipts, VAT and Taxes
Following payment, Bye Airport may provide a booking confirmation, payment receipt or other transaction record showing the amount paid.
Unless expressly identified as such, a consumer booking receipt issued by Bye Airport is not intended to constitute a VAT invoice and may not separately identify VAT.
Different elements of a booking may involve services supplied by different parties and may have different tax treatment depending on the relevant transaction and applicable law.
BYE INT LTD will account for any VAT, sales tax or other tax for which it is legally responsible. Transport Suppliers remain responsible for taxes for which they are legally responsible.
Nothing in these Terms determines, alters or overrides the tax treatment required by applicable law.
9. Sharing Passenger Information
To arrange and perform your journey, Bye Airport may share relevant information with the Transport Supplier fulfilling the transfer.
This may include your name, telephone number, pickup and destination, waypoints, pickup date and time, flight information, passenger numbers, luggage information, accessibility requirements, additional services and other information reasonably required to arrange and perform the journey.
Transport Suppliers may provide relevant information to authorised personnel within their organisation and to the assigned driver.
Your name and telephone number may therefore be provided directly to your assigned driver.
Passenger information must not be used for unrelated marketing unless there is an independent lawful basis for doing so. Further information is contained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Driver Communication
Your driver may contact you using the telephone number supplied with the booking.
This may be necessary to confirm arrival, locate you, coordinate a meeting point, communicate a delay, clarify journey information or resolve an issue concerning the transfer.
Where available, the driver's contact details will also be provided to you before pickup.
You are responsible for providing a telephone number on which you can reasonably be contacted around the time of the journey.
11. Flight Monitoring
Where a valid flight number has been supplied, flight information may be monitored to assist with coordinating an airport pickup.
You are responsible for providing the correct flight information.
Flight monitoring is provided as an assistance feature only. Bye Airport and the Transport Supplier cannot guarantee the accuracy, availability or completeness of flight information supplied by airlines, airports or third-party data providers.
You should notify Bye Airport or your driver if you become aware of a change affecting your pickup.
12. Airport Waiting Time
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time.
Flight Lands Before the Selected Pickup Time
If your flight lands before your selected pickup time, the 60-minute free waiting period begins from the pickup time selected when booking.
Delayed Flight
If your flight is delayed and lands after your selected pickup time, the pickup time will be adjusted to the recorded actual flight landing time, and the 60-minute free waiting period will begin from the recorded actual landing time.
This adjustment depends on the correct flight information having been provided and appropriate flight-status information being available.
13. Non-Airport Waiting Time
Pickups from homes, hotels, offices and other non-airport locations include 15 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
You should be ready at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled pickup time.
14. Additional Waiting Time
After the applicable free waiting period expires, additional waiting time will be charged in 15-minute intervals.
The applicable waiting charge depends on the booking and vehicle type.
15. Passenger Delays
If you are delayed, contact your driver as soon as possible.
For airport pickups, passenger delays may include delays caused by immigration, passport control, baggage collection, customs, airport security, lost luggage or other airport procedures.
A flight delay and a passenger being delayed after landing are different circumstances. The waiting-time provisions above will continue to apply.
16. Unable to Locate the Passenger
If the applicable free waiting period expires and the driver cannot locate or contact you using the information supplied with the booking, the journey may be treated as a passenger no-show.
The driver may leave the pickup location once the applicable waiting period has expired.
A passenger no-show may be non-refundable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
17. Meet & Greet
Where Meet & Greet is included or purchased, the driver will follow the arrangements applicable to the relevant airport or pickup location.
Airports may impose their own parking, terminal-access, meeting-point, pickup-zone and waiting restrictions.
You are responsible for following meeting instructions communicated through Bye Airport or by your driver.
18. Passenger Responsibilities
-
Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.
-
Provide accurate contact, passenger, journey and luggage information.
-
Behave lawfully and reasonably and comply with reasonable safety instructions.
-
Not threaten, abuse or endanger the driver or any other person.
-
Not deliberately damage or excessively soil the vehicle or carry unlawful or dangerous items.
A journey may be refused or terminated where continuing would be unlawful or reasonably create a safety risk.
19. Luggage
You are responsible for selecting a vehicle suitable for the number of passengers and luggage travelling.
Displayed luggage capacities are based on typical luggage sizes and are guidance only. Oversized or unusual luggage should be disclosed before booking.
A driver may refuse items that cannot safely or legally be transported or that exceed the reasonable capacity of the vehicle.
20. Children and Child Seats
You are responsible for providing accurate information about children travelling.
Where a child seat can be requested, availability may depend on the destination, Transport Supplier and vehicle.
Unless expressly guaranteed, requesting a particular child seat does not guarantee its availability.
Passengers and Transport Suppliers remain responsible for complying with applicable local laws concerning children travelling in vehicles.
21. Accessibility and Special Requirements
Accessibility requirements and mobility equipment should be disclosed when booking.
Bye Airport will communicate relevant requirements to the Transport Supplier where reasonably necessary.
Availability of particular vehicles, equipment or assistance may vary by location. Nothing in these Terms restricts mandatory accessibility, equality or disability rights.
22. Booking Changes
You may request amendments through your Bye Airport account or customer-support channels where available.
Changes to the pickup, destination, waypoints, date, time, vehicle category, passenger numbers, luggage or additional services may result in the journey price being recalculated.
Where the revised booking costs more, you may be required to pay the difference before confirmation.
A requested amendment is not effective until confirmed. Bye Airport does not guarantee that every requested amendment can be accommodated.
23. Cancellation Policy
Unless different cancellation conditions were clearly presented for a particular booking, the following policy applies.
More Than 6 Hours Before Pickup
If you cancel more than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a 90% refund. A 10% cancellation fee will be retained.
Within 6 Hours of Pickup
If you cancel within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time, the booking is non-refundable.
The cancellation deadline is calculated against the scheduled local pickup time. The time at which Bye Airport successfully receives and records the cancellation request determines which cancellation period applies.
The cancellation policy is subject to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
24. Passenger No-Show
A passenger may be treated as a no-show where the driver attends the agreed pickup location, the applicable waiting period expires, reasonable attempts are made to contact the passenger and the passenger cannot be located or contacted.
A passenger no-show may be non-refundable, subject to applicable mandatory law.
25. Driver, Vehicle and Operational Changes
The driver, vehicle or Transport Supplier originally intended for a journey may change.
Where reasonably practicable, another driver, suitable vehicle, Transport Supplier or appropriate transport solution may be arranged.
A change does not automatically entitle the passenger to cancel without charge where the replacement reasonably satisfies the material requirements of the booking.
26. Failure to Provide a Journey
If a confirmed journey cannot be performed as originally planned, reasonable efforts may be made to arrange an alternative.
Where no suitable alternative can reasonably be arranged and the transport service is not supplied, any refund or other remedy will be determined in accordance with applicable mandatory consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms guarantees compensation for consequential losses arising from the inability to provide a journey except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
27. Journey Times and Onward Connections
All journey durations and arrival times are estimates only. Neither Bye Airport nor a Transport Supplier guarantees arrival at a destination by a particular time.
You are responsible for selecting a pickup time that provides sufficient time for your flight, train, cruise, appointment, event, connection or other onward arrangement.
You should make sufficient allowance for traffic, accidents, road closures, weather, airport congestion, check-in requirements, baggage-drop deadlines, security, passport control, immigration, border procedures and unexpected disruption.
You are responsible for complying with airline, airport and other travel-provider check-in and boarding requirements.
Bye Airport and Transport Suppliers do not guarantee onward connections.
28. Missed Flights and Other Connections
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bye Airport and Transport Suppliers will not be responsible for losses arising from a missed flight, train, cruise, event, appointment or other connection where the loss was not caused by a breach of an obligation owed by the relevant party, was not reasonably foreseeable, resulted from insufficient time being allowed by the passenger, resulted from incorrect information, or resulted from circumstances outside the reasonable control of the relevant party.
Such circumstances may include traffic disruption, road closures, accidents, weather, airport or airline disruption, border or security disruption, industrial action, government action and the acts or omissions of third parties outside reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this may include losses relating to replacement flights, replacement tickets, accommodation, missed hotel reservations, missed events, additional transportation, lost earnings and other consequential expenditure.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
29. Vehicle Delay or Failure to Arrive
Vehicle arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
If your vehicle has not arrived at the scheduled pickup time, you should contact the assigned driver and/or Bye Airport as soon as reasonably possible.
This allows the situation to be investigated and, where reasonably practicable, an alternative to be considered.
Where a delay or failure to arrive was not caused by a breach of an obligation owed by Bye Airport, Bye Airport will not be responsible for resulting losses.
Where a delay or failure relates to the operations of an independent Transport Supplier or driver, responsibility will be determined according to the applicable contractual arrangements and law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
30. Alternative Transport and Mitigation of Loss
Where a problem occurs, you must take reasonable steps to minimise resulting losses.
This includes contacting your driver or Bye Airport promptly, following reasonable instructions, allowing a reasonable opportunity for the issue to be resolved where circumstances permit, and avoiding unnecessary additional expenditure.
If you independently arrange alternative transport without giving Bye Airport a reasonable opportunity to investigate or assist where circumstances permit, Bye Airport does not guarantee reimbursement of those costs.
Nothing in this section restricts a remedy that applicable law requires us to provide.
31. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Neither Bye Airport nor a Transport Supplier will be responsible for delay, disruption or failure caused by circumstances outside the reasonable control of the relevant party.
These may include severe weather, flooding, snow or ice, accidents, road closures, exceptional traffic, airport closures, flight disruption, border disruption, security incidents, strikes, industrial action, civil emergencies, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions, telecommunications failures, navigation or mapping-service failures and other comparable circumstances outside reasonable control.
Where reasonably practicable, reasonable steps may be taken to minimise the effect of such circumstances.
32. Third-Party Information
Bye Airport may rely on information supplied by third parties including airlines, airports, mapping providers, flight-data providers, Transport Suppliers, drivers, payment providers and other technology providers.
Bye Airport does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continuous availability of third-party information.
Bye Airport will not be responsible for losses caused solely by inaccurate, delayed or unavailable third-party information where Bye Airport has acted with the standard required by applicable law.
33. Complaints
If a problem occurs, you should contact Bye Airport as soon as reasonably possible.
We may investigate and communicate with the Transport Supplier, driver or relevant third party.
Relevant information may be shared with Transport Suppliers, drivers, insurers, payment providers, professional advisers or competent authorities where reasonably necessary to investigate, defend or resolve a complaint or claim.
34. Refunds
Where a refund is legally or contractually due, it will normally be returned to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law.
Processing times imposed by banks, card issuers, Stripe or other payment providers are outside Bye Airport's control after the refund has been submitted for processing.
Nothing in this section removes mandatory refund rights.
35. Bye Points
Eligible customers may earn and redeem Bye Points in accordance with the Bye Points programme rules applicable at the relevant time.
Bye Points are promotional loyalty points. They are not cash, do not constitute electronic money, have no cash withdrawal value and cannot normally be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
Bye Points may be subject to activation dates, expiry periods, redemption requirements, promotional conditions and other programme rules. Points may be cancelled or reversed following a booking cancellation, refund, chargeback, fraud, abuse, error or other circumstances in which the points were not validly earned.
Bye Airport may modify, suspend or discontinue the Bye Points programme, including the way points are earned or redeemed. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of a material change or termination of the programme.
If the Bye Points programme is discontinued, Bye Airport may specify a reasonable period during which eligible points already earned may continue to be redeemed, unless immediate suspension or cancellation is reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, legal or regulatory requirements, security issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Changes to the Bye Points programme will not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
Additional Bye Points programme conditions may apply and will be made available through the Bye Airport website or customer account.
36. Customer Accounts
You are responsible for securing your account and login credentials.
You must provide accurate information and notify Bye Airport if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Accounts may be temporarily restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, payment disputes, security issues, misuse or breaches of these Terms.
37. Fraud, Chargebacks and Misuse
Bye Airport may refuse, suspend or cancel a booking where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorised payment, materially false information, misuse of the platform, safety or security concerns or unlawful activity.
Where a payment is disputed or charged back, relevant booking, payment, communication and journey records may be supplied to payment providers, card issuers and organisations involved in resolving the dispute.
Nothing prevents a customer from exercising a legitimate legal or payment-dispute right.
38. Personal Data
Bye Airport processes personal information in accordance with applicable data-protection law and our Privacy Policy.
Information necessary to arrange and perform the journey may be shared with the Transport Supplier and authorised persons working for that Transport Supplier, including the assigned driver.
This may include passenger name, telephone number, journey information, flight details, pickup and destination, luggage information, accessibility requirements and other information reasonably necessary to fulfil the booking.
Further information is contained in our Privacy Policy.
39. Responsibility of Transport Suppliers
Transport Suppliers are independent businesses.
They are responsible for matters within their own operations, including their drivers, vehicles, vehicle maintenance, operational management, licences, permits, insurance, legal compliance and performance of transport services allocated to them.
Nothing in these Terms makes BYE INT LTD the employer of a Transport Supplier's driver.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a Transport Supplier's liability where applicable law does not permit it to be excluded.
40. Bye Airport's Responsibility
Bye Airport is responsible for providing its own booking, platform and intermediary services with the standard required by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bye Airport will not be responsible for losses not caused by a breach of an obligation owed by Bye Airport, losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, circumstances outside Bye Airport's reasonable control, losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the passenger, losses caused solely by independent third parties, losses the passenger could reasonably have avoided or reduced, or business or commercial losses arising from a consumer booking.
Nothing in these Terms makes Bye Airport responsible for an independent Transport Supplier's obligations merely because the booking was arranged or payment was collected through the Bye Airport platform, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
41. Exclusion of Indirect and Consequential Loss
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither Bye Airport nor a Transport Supplier will be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of a breach by the relevant party.
For consumers, this may include losses associated with onward arrangements where responsibility for those losses does not arise under applicable law.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
42. Business Losses
Where a booking is made by a consumer, neither Bye Airport nor a Transport Supplier accepts responsibility for business or commercial losses arising from the journey, including loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, opportunity or anticipated savings, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
43. Liability That Cannot Be Excluded
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where applicable law prohibits such exclusion or restriction.
This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where applicable law prevents that liability from being excluded, and mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
44. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.
Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded, the mandatory protection will apply to the extent of the conflict.
45. Website Availability
Bye Airport does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its website, account services or other digital systems.
Services may temporarily be unavailable because of maintenance, upgrades, security measures, telecommunications problems, hosting failures, third-party failures or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Temporary platform unavailability does not itself cancel a confirmed booking.
46. Intellectual Property
The Bye Airport name, branding, website, software, databases, designs and content belong to BYE INT LTD or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
You may use the platform for legitimate personal booking purposes.
Except where permitted by law, you must not reproduce protected content, systematically scrape platform data, interfere with platform operation, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer protected software or commercially exploit Bye Airport intellectual property without permission.
47. Third-Party Services
Bye Airport may use third-party providers for payment processing, mapping, flight information, communications, hosting and other technology services.
Those services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Bye Airport is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside its reasonable control, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
48. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations or applicable law.
The version applicable to a confirmed booking will ordinarily be the version in force when that booking was made.
Later changes will not retrospectively remove rights already arising from a confirmed booking or mandatory law.
49. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will apply only to the extent legally permissible.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
50. No Waiver
If Bye Airport does not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean the right has been waived.
A waiver applies only where expressly given.
51. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the booking confirmation, Privacy Policy and any additional conditions expressly presented in connection with the booking constitute the terms applicable to your use of Bye Airport and the relevant booking, subject to mandatory law.
Nothing in this section excludes liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
52. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you may also have mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory right to bring proceedings before a court or tribunal available to you under applicable law.
