If you book Meet & Greet, your driver will be waiting in arrivals with a name board. Otherwise, your driver will contact you by WhatsApp, SMS, or phone to guide you to the pickup point. You’ll receive driver contact details before pickup.
Yes. All bookings are confirmed with fixed pricing. No hidden fees. No last-minute changes.
Cancellations and changes are allowed up to 6 hours before pickup.
A 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
